Gattina Life primarily offers coaching services and digital experiences.

For selected physical merchandise, apparel, gifts, and printed products, we work with established print-on-demand and fulfillment partners such as Printify, Printful, and related vendor networks.

This allows us to offer thoughtfully designed products without operating large-scale inventory or warehouse systems.


Production & Shipping Times

Most physical products are made to order after a purchase is placed.

Because of this:

  • production and shipping times may vary

  • some orders may ship separately

  • delivery estimates are approximate, not guaranteed

  • occasional delays may happen due to production capacity, holidays, weather, customs, or carrier disruptions

Customers should not expect the same shipping speed or operational structure as large dedicated retail or logistics companies.

That said, print-on-demand fulfillment is now a mature and widely used operating model, and we aim to work with reliable and reputable vendor partners.


Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • shipping addresses

  • contact details

  • sizing selections

  • customization details where applicable

Gattina Life is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost in transit, please contact us with:

  • your order number

  • photos where applicable

  • a brief description of the issue

We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the relevant vendor or shipping provider to help resolve the situation.

However:

  • fulfillment timelines may depend on third-party vendor response times

  • shipping investigations may take additional time

  • certain outcomes may depend on vendor, carrier, or insurer policies outside our direct control

While we always aim to be helpful and reasonable, Gattina Life has limited operational control over third-party manufacturing, shipping, and carrier systems.


International Shipping

For international orders, customers may be responsible for:

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • VAT/GST charges

  • handling fees

  • local regulatory restrictions

These charges are generally determined by local authorities and are outside our control.


Returns & Refunds

Shipping-related returns, replacements, and refund requests are additionally governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
