At Gattina Life, we aim to keep things fair, respectful, and straightforward for everyone.

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, returns, and rescheduling work for both coaching services and physical merchandise purchased through our store.

By purchasing from Gattina Life, you agree to this policy.


Coaching Sessions

Free Intro / Trial Sessions

Free or discounted intro sessions are intended as one-time introductory experiences.

We reserve the right to refuse repeat bookings, abusive usage, fake bookings, or attempts to misuse promotional offers.


Paid Coaching Sessions

We understand that life, emotions, relationships, work schedules, travel, health, and personal energy levels can sometimes shift unexpectedly.

At the same time, coaching sessions involve reserved calendar time, preparation, emotional energy, and limited availability.

This policy aims to balance empathy, fairness, personal responsibility, and respect for everyone's time.

Cancellation, Refund & Credit Policy

Scenario Refund OR Session Credit
Cancellation or rescheduling more than 24 hours before the scheduled session 100% refund or 100% session credit
Same-day cancellation (more than 3 hours before the scheduled session) No refund. 100% session credit.
Cancellation within 3 hours of the scheduled session No refund. No session credit.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice No refund. No session credit.
Failure of the coach to attend a scheduled session 100% refund or 100% session credit, at the client's choice.

 

Clients may choose either the applicable refund option or the applicable session credit option, but not both.

Session credits:

  • are generally valid for 90 days
  • may be transferable or giftable on a case-by-case basis
  • are not redeemable for cash
  • may not be combined indefinitely across repeated cancellations or reschedules

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request up to 3 free reschedules, provided:

  • at least 24 hours notice is given
  • the new session is scheduled within 90 days of the original booking

Repeated last-minute rescheduling, booking abuse, or scheduling manipulation may result in limitations on future bookings.


Emergency & Compassionate Exceptions

We understand that genuine emergencies, health situations, family matters, emotional overwhelm, travel disruptions, or unexpected life events can happen.

In exceptional situations, we may choose to offer:

  • additional flexibility
  • partial waivers
  • extended credits
  • alternative arrangements

at our reasonable discretion.

We encourage honest and respectful communication whenever possible.


Host Rescheduling or Cancellation

In rare situations, Gattina Life may need to reschedule or cancel a session due to illness, emergencies, technical disruptions, scheduling conflicts, safety concerns, or personal circumstances.

If this happens, clients may choose between:

  • a full refund
  • a full session credit
  • priority rescheduling

If a session is significantly interrupted due to technical issues on our side, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a fair resolution.


Dissatisfaction & Subjective Outcomes

Coaching is a highly personal and subjective experience.

We do not guarantee emotional, relationship, personal, compatibility, business, or life outcomes.

Refunds will generally not be issued simply because:

  • the experience felt emotionally challenging

  • the guidance was difficult to hear

  • expectations differed

  • desired outcomes were not achieved

  • personal chemistry or communication styles did not match perfectly

However, if you genuinely feel something went wrong, we encourage respectful communication and will review concerns in good faith.


Client Conduct & Safety

Gattina Life reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate coaching services without refund in cases involving:

  • harassment

  • threats or intimidation

  • stalking behavior

  • abusive conduct

  • repeated boundary violations

  • inappropriate sexual behavior

  • manipulation or coercion

  • fraudulent payment activity

  • defamatory or malicious conduct

  • misuse of private communications or recordings

We aim to maintain a respectful and emotionally safe environment for both clients and the coach.


Physical Merchandise

For merchandise orders, we accept returns or replacement requests for:

  • damaged items

  • defective items

  • incorrect items received

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the issue

  • a brief description of the problem


Non-Returnable Items

We generally do not accept returns for:

  • worn or used items

  • personalized or custom-made products

  • digital products or downloads

  • items returned without prior approval

  • minor variations in color, print placement, or packaging


Return Shipping

Unless the issue was caused by our error, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for payment providers or banks to complete processing.

Original transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or third-party payment processing fees may not always be refundable.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your order or session, please contact us first before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or abusive dispute activity may result in:

  • cancellation of future services

  • restriction from the platform

  • submission of supporting evidence to payment providers

  • additional legal or collection action where appropriate

We may update this policy periodically to reflect operational or legal changes.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
